Community Doula Support

An accessible and comprehensive group doula care initiative.

Our community doula support program offers a culturally rooted space for BIPOC families to be affirmed, informed and radically supported through pregnancy and postpartum. Families can be supported by a trained birth doula throughout their pregnancy and receive in person and or virtual support during their birth and in the immediate postpartum period. Parenting families can also receive in person postpartum support from trained postpartum doulas. All applicants are eligible to apply for financial support in receiving services.

Group Support Circles

Utilizing the strength that exists in our collective power, we utilize a group care model that allows for parents to be cared for in community with other parents.

Accesible Doula Support

Our community doula program is built to create multiple access points to high quality care by pairing families with trained and apprenticing doulas. This allows families to access support at equitable rates.

Culturally Congruent Education

Both prenatal and postpartum development requires education that is affirming, evidence based and culturally situated to increase the experience as well as the outcome of pregnant people of color.

Care that centers you and positive parenting experiences.

Community doula support provides support from multiple doulas to assist in creating a web of support that not only improves outcomes but increases the chances of an enjoyable and positive parenting experience.
